Abstract

Gaussian-process borrowing can make local objective comparisons precise while joint constraints remain unresolved. Evaluation should preserve all requirement outputs within each context and identify the one that drives additional measurement. Sparse contexts are especially diagnostic because apparent precision may be inherited from elsewhere. Marginal intervals do not automatically defend the joint contextual action. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
