Sequential Evidence for Several Performance Requirements
Abstract
A sequential budget can be spent on objective precision or on resolving joint feasibility. Evaluation should record the purpose of each batch and identify the limiting requirement. Independent common-run outputs defend the complete action at the deadline. Equal sample totals can hide whether the procedure actually purchased information about the constraint preventing deployment. This focused synthesis develops an empirical comparison that preserves the terminal action, observation process, and total verification cost. Its proposed tests are prospective; no new simulation run, model-training result, or intervention effect is reported.
